Coding for Resource Center within a Website

I am looking for a freelancer to help me code for a resource center template that is going to be a part of my current and future website.
There would be about 6 to 10 pages that we will need the template for.
Currently in our website, [url removed, login to view], we already have a main page link (the main page tabs) set aside for the resource center. So once a person clicks on this tab, they will go to the resource center coded via this project.
At the main page of the resource center there should be a side sub-menu to list out the various sections of the resource center ([url removed, login to view] Download; Articles, Tips & Guides; Our Archive). Of which, all the sub menu tab should both show a drop down list, and this list should retract on its own when the website visitor clicks on another sub menu tab, eg. when i click on fonts download, I get a dropdown list. But when i click on Article, Tips & Guides, the dropdown list from font download automatically retracts, and instead the dropdown list for Article, Tips & Guide shows. This sub menu mechanism is to be applicable for all the pages coded in this project.
Also at the main page of the resource center, there should be a search bar that allows for the site visitor to type their search query for answer from within my resource center and website. There should also be a field where people can fill in their name, company name and email address to sign up for newsletters.
When the site visitor clicks on the Fonts Download on the sub menu on the side of the page, there will be a drop down list as mentioned above, when this dropdown list is shown, all the texts in the dropdown list is to be in red. When the visitor clicks on one of the item in the dropdown list, the item will turn bold red text in the list, while all the other items stays as thin red text. On this page that the visitor is at now (after clicking on the item in the drop down list,) the visitor will see a list of fonts that they can download upon clicking on it.
