Build a Website

- Need to translate a website from one language to another, i will be doing the translation and Freelancer will change texts and image texts - When texts are in image, Freelancer will send me the original images with text so i send him the translation for image text creation and replacing (with very same or very similar fonts). - Should change contatct form, analitics, logo, etc - Image editor is a must - Should develop i new header and change start of the site. - Create new pages (should help develop the project for it). - Should create an easy to use admin pannel (today its only html) - Project should be till the end being 100% perfect for final milestones. - Project in 5 Milestones. - Should add social midia, Tags, SEO, automaticly create 3 pages for each page as 3 diferent languages with same text for after updating. - Freelancer should indicate best technologies and metodologies for better targe the customer and and indicate changes for better promoting the site. - Site should be fast and light and Hacker safe and should create a button for download entire site and SQL at once. - Should do a good great job :-) - After site is ready 100%, should transfer it to a Amazon AWS services . - should provide training,
