Property Portal Development For deployment into the UK market only We are looking to compete with Rightmove and Zoopla, the leading property portals in the UK market. Property agents in the UK sign up to these portals to advertise houses or land to rent or sell. This includes domestic as well as commercial and student accommodation. Each Property agent will pay either a monthly subscription fee or a referral fee to use the website. The purpose of this website is to give property agents in the UK a more cost effective platform to advertise their property portfolio with novel features more robust than is currently available. This will give them flexibility to deliver innovative products to their customer base. We would like to use datafeeds (direct, API) for the UK property market only, from any UK websites (RM,Zoopla, needaproperty, mouseprice, ebay, private listings etc... In addition users should also be able to upload properties directly to the website using a number of formats (RM v3, XML…) We want to be the one stop shop for all properties for sale or to let in the UK (including single rooms).
