Build a Website for Marketing a Company

We are seeking a contractor (“developer”) to design and develop a website for our company, compatible with desktop and mobile browsers. This website will be used as a marketing tool to allow perspective customers to learn about our services and enroll in the service we provide. The requirements provided here are high-level and are for the purposes of obtaining bids for this site. More detailed site requirements will be provided prior to final award. The contractor may raise concerns around cost, scope, or quality as a result of reviewing the high-level requirements within 72 hours, after which time, the contract is expected to be awarded. In addition to the design of the website, the contractor will be asked to design and develop 4-5 flyers using Adobe Photoshop (or similar application) for in-person marketing activities. We estimate this activity will take 8-10 hours of total time. See the attached document for high-level requirements.
