Hello, Having read the project description and seen the screenshots, it is evident that it is a simple administrative interface and although it has not been mentioned but it is best designed using the jQuery UI components, jQuery UI because other extensive console interface design tools like extJS etc. would be an overkill. For server side scripting, PHP and mySQL is standard although if you have the support of postGre SQL that is also a good alternative if you estimate that your database is going to grow pretty large in the future. The only thing missing in the description is the front end interface, so we assume a generic implementation where in we create a custom PHP module or plugin or an UDT that pulls in data from the loyalty database and displays loyalty status to a logged in user in a Joomla, Wordpress or CMS Made Simple website. We mention a website because in most cases a loyalty program is not an isolated implementation and is ideally a part of an existing shopping or other type of website, or is supposed to be part of a new website. Client Area: - The Customer enters their Gift/Loyalty Card Number --> Yes, Client can add their Gift/Loyalty Card Number - After they "Log In" with their card number, they can see the balance on their card and their transaction history (Purchases and Spent Rewards) --> Yes, They can see, No issue in this. Administration Area: - Admin must Login with username and password --->Yes, We will make Admin login Area, they can enter in login login with the login details provided. - Should have an area where the admin can manage ALL loyalty cards --> Yes, from Admin-Panel, user can manage all loyalty cards easily. - Home page should allow for the admin to quickly add/search for a loyalty card number (If the number exists then show its transaction history, and allow admin to add a new transaction; if number doesn't exist then prompt the admin if they want to add the number) --> yes, In Admin-Panel, We will provide a section on home page, where admin can easily add/search the loyalty card, if not exist he can add number, also can see Transaction history of existing loyalty cards. I have attached some screenshots but keep in mind we are changing the flow and the pages a little bit.
