Build a Website(Transfer to Wordpress)

I need a WordPress developer who can transfer over some functionality from our old website to our new website. Our old website, [login to view URL] has reporting features on the back-end that include: 1) Inventory Management - Client is able to log into the backend and insert upcoming fulfillment orders. Basically, a future inventory system. 2) Multiple Variable Selection - I know woocommerce is capable of taking multiple variants, however, I need users to be able to insert how many of each variant they want during checkout at one time then add to cart. 3) Order delivery date per product- Each product has a calendar in which the user can select when they need the product by. I need this to be on each product page and NOT at the checkout process. 4) Split payment at checkout- Quite simply, I need users to choose to pay either half of the total amount due or the total amount.
