Build an Online Dating Site - Shared Database - Multiple Site Capable

You will be custom coding in raw php a responsive dating site and designing a MySQL database. I will send you a full job description if I decide your bid is detailed enough. I PREFER SOMEONE WORKING ON MY SITE EXCLUSIVELY FULL TIME UNTIL DONE. I require lots of communication back and forth to make sure our vision matches the delivered solution. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: There are over 80 different url's that are part of our niche dating network. The solution you build you will help configure on our cloud hosting as well. Our dating domains names / sites are currently using a white label solution. We need our own source code so that we can increase our income. HOWEVER, WE WANT ALL THE DATING SITES TO BE ONE SHARED DATABASE. EXAMPLE: Say Joe joins [login to view URL], when he does he also is joining [login to view URL] and other niche sites that are part of the same database. So when you build and set up our solution you can either do it so that the source code is installed separately across all urls or what we thing would be best is one site but the url's be landing pages that look like independent sites. That means some content will need to be set for no index to avoid duplicate content issues. It also means that each url for the niche sites we would need your expert help to make sure that the admin panel allow us to control the meta desc, tags, and site title/page name. SEO IS CRITICAL as this is a FREE dating site network. There will be no paywall. However, development should be done in such a way that a paywall can be added later. Site should be responsive. I am not sure what the term is but basically you would take our desktop design and then lay that out to make it so that this design comes in to make it easy for people to join and search from mobile devices. Also the control / admin panel is not an simply XYZ editor. Instead the control panel will have a place to add new niches (new domains). When we click 'create new niche' a series of customizable fields will be labeled so that we can switch out the image, the color background, the banner text, the social media links, etc. We have a template design already so you will either work with my designer or match the design. Specify which in your bid you want to do. SEO CONSIDERATIONS: You will develop indexable city pages that are real readable pages. These are 8 different keyword sets so you will need to be able to locate a list of all US cities and write a script to create these pages. Just the main version of these will be indexed on the main URL. Other versions would be no index. Realize that if someone joins EXAMPLE: [login to view URL] then as they navigate the site they will be seeing the logos for the niche. So just because the members are shared across different sites a user has a user experience that seems like it was on just that site. When a user registers he has to choose 3 or 4 niches that best fit him or her. Lastly, you will have to import members and create fields to spread this data across the areas / cities. This is a rough outline. I am looking for a LONG TERM technology partner. I anticipate we will be paying for bugs over long term and you would be on call to take care of these at a reasonable rate for an ongoing basis. Also later as a separate job we will have you develop a native app. That will be later for a separate cost. The time frame is 60 days for this job. That is negotiable if we see strong constant progress. However, we prefer a single person who has strong connections for any elements they need to outsource.
