I am looking for a creative graphic designer with experience in advertisement design to create a 220 x 70 advertisement layout which can be easily modified for different content. We are advertising quality engineering equipment to a specialist market.

Our company is looking to make a presence in monthly engineering publications so the freelancer must know what makes an advertisement work and produce real results.

We would also like someone who is free to make suggestions to our content etc.
