Design of graphical template for a Website.

Looking for a graphical artist to create a Website template. The template should have beveled design, consisting of header, menu bar that can be horizontal or vertical, main body and footer. Use of gradient colors for main elements and for background, as well. The design must be attractive. Preferrably you will work with Corel Draw, but other vector program is also acceptable. Illustrator, Xara etc. You will be supplied with photos or other images that will provide theme for the web design. You have to be able to cut out objects from the photos and blend them in with your design. When the final design is approved, you will supply the original design files. All template components, header, footer, menu bar and body have to be exported individually as jpg, or gif, or png and sliced for CSS Web design. You will not create the website, but have to be able to slice or resize all components, according to web design needs. When the website is on the server in html, you will also assist with some graphical components, like enhancement, 3D, shades and so on. The website will also have a graphical Ad in size of 620 by 500px. Existing Logo might have to be modified for Web use. You will produce three different designs for this project. One template will be selected for an immediate web site design, the other two will also be paid, but used for other web design projects. You might be assisting and making some changes to your design, until the final website is finished and approved. Please provide some examples of your past graphical work that you have done. Your artistic input based on experience and your willingness to accommodate client's changes during the design will be an important consideration for next projects.
