Design an Academy Coat of Arms/Badge

Need an Academy Coat of Arms and Badge

I am looking at two design options:

1) Option one is similar to the first example below which uses a shield which has four sections.

2) Option two would use a compass (I love the detailed look of the compass in example 4) in the middle rather than the shield.

3) Use your creativity to give me something completely different if you wish.

(I have put the examples in an attachment)

I want both a Coat of Arms (example 1) version and a Badge version (example 2) of the final product. (example three shows the how the sheild would look but I still want the color feel of example 2).

Name: LIFEQUEST (put in top part of coat of arms)

ACADEMY (Put in lower part)

Latin Motto on Coat of Arms: Ad Augusta Per Angusta (put somewhere below on coat of arms like the ribbon in example 5) (for the badge version no ribbon.)

Colors: Blue, Gold and Black like example 1 (can have some red or other color in small areas). I am open to looking at other color options if you wish to express your creative ideas.

Visual Elements:

Shield option -

Shield with four sections.

A compass integrated somewhere (or part of a compass integrated at the top above the “LifeQuest” )

Four Sheild Sections: Family, Pen, Soaring Eagle and Compass

Wings on each side of shield

Compass Option -
