CREATE TEMPLATE FOR RESUME FOR OTHERS TO USE

I need a template made for a resume that I have created. The resume is attached to this project. I have no idea how to do it or the degree of difficulty so I will just explain what I would like to have and we can see if its doable. I want to take as much of that resume as possible and make it so that another person who buys it can put there information and the majority of the resume will be completed for them. So things like Color, Layout, design, structure, photo place will already be done for them. So my vision is that they fill in a template form with things like Name, Cell number, address, ETC and these things will start to fill in on the form so by the time its filled out all that they would have to do is write their own personal information in as well as fill in the larger narrative box(like on page 2). And when they are done all they need to do is print it. I understand that certain things may be very difficult to keep in the template and it would be a hard time to get it exact,. It doesnt need to be exact. In fact if you even just came up with a resume template design that looks good I will still be happy. Please let me know how you will do this . I will choose the person with the best price along with who ever gets me most comfortable they can accomplish this.
