He can use the geo facility to find who is speaking at colleges in the city and where they are speaking and at what time. So If I am in New York I will press the geo button and it will show me a map with the nearest colleges, if I click on that college it will show me who is lecturing today and in the future. I will then be able to drill down to the particular lecturer and find out what his specialist subject is and his bio. I can also find out who else is lecturing that same day and where. Also you can search, regardless of time and geo position either date, city, lecturer or college/university/ I will probably be using a Rockettheme template and it will more than likely be the latest (July 11) template, with minimal modification. The administrator will be able to input all the details in a form i.e. Lecturer A is speaking at university B in City C on the 10th of July at 9:00am The Administrator will start to fill out the form i.e., title of lecture, time etc. but then can add a Lecturer, add a City, add a University, ad a topic. These will populate the database. The next time a form is completed if (for example) lecturer A has already been added it will auto complete. Notes.
