Create a visually engaging graph/chart from an existing image

I have an existing chart which is not attractive and needs to be made to look better. The information on the existing chart needs to all be there in what you create but it can be altered to make it more visually appealing as long as it still conveys the same information. I do not have the original data that was used to make the chart and I do not have the chart in any other format than this jpeg attached. The item that will be created will be shared on Facebook and used in a blog so I need: 1. The full image to put in a blog post which can be up to 1500 px wide. 2. An image for Facebook which will be 472px x 394px 3. A square excerpt from it that will be used as a thumbnail on a blog post. This is not a new image and could just be a part of the image but has to look good on its own. But the central image for all three versions will be the same. It's just stretching it out or cropping it for the different versions mentioned here.
