A new consultancy less than one year old needs help to select and set up a good document management system where sub-contractors can use templates to easily adopt the look and feel of our brand with very little explanation or training.

We need support to develop very professional & vibrant looking materials, ie training templates, audit checklists, product descriptions/course overviews, company overview, presentation 'ghost packs' and newsletters. This will require some strong design skills up front to get a good look and feel for the templates, and we are open to an evolution (not overhaul as our brand identity is growing well, and the fish image is key to that) to our current logo etc to fit with this. See the 2 page company overview attached, as well as the current training template and course overview.

The excel audit checklist will require the most effort as we need an 'error proofed' template that scores can be entered onto; graphs autopopulate; macros create compulsory comments fields, headers, assessor names, dates, etc - where the final print-out can be pdf'd and is professionally formatted. The attached CI Maturity is an example of the content that needs to be included, but the current format is clunky and unprofessional looking. We will use this new template to create a series of checklists so the language needs to be editable.

Re the look and feel - our client base tends to be Supply Chain Directors, Human Resource Directors and Chief Operating Officers so the look has to be "smart, capable, professional and insightful' however one of our points of differentiation in the marketplace is 'vibrant, personable and very people oriented'.

Ideally these outputs will be ready for use by early June 2011.
