Capabilities Graphic & Brochure

This project is fully outlined in the "Vigilant Solutions Capabilities [login to view URL]" file attached to this post. Please read this document in full prior to responding. In summary, this project has two portions: 1. I am looking for someone to create a highly creative graphical element that will be used in multiple ways to portray our companies capabilities. 2. Using this graphic, create a brochure with the content included in the project document, images attached to this post, and any other creativity the designer wants to employ. NOTE: additional brochures for each of the areas defined in our capability graphic will be posted as future projects; while these will be separate projects, it is highly probable that I will use the same designer for these future projects to maintain consistency. I am looking for a highly interactive and collaborative designer that will ask questions, pose ideas for consideration, ask opinion, etc, as this is a very important piece of literature for our company.
