Design a Banner for Ice Cream Trolley

I need to get a banner designed for Ice Cream Trolley. Our company's brand name is Willy's with a tagline 'The Cream Factory'. I have attached the current design that we are using. I want the banner to be much neater. Right now it is very cluttered with lots of Ice Cream photos. I want the background to be in bright Yellow colour so that the trolley is visible from a long distance. I like the design of 'Cream Bell' Which I have attached here. Our Company's logo CDR file will be provided to the winner.
