Database Driven Website Required

Good evening/day to you all! I am in the progress of redeveloping our website. Currently we update every single item using dreamweaver and cute ftp for updating our website. (This takes? a lot of time to do) I want our website to be easier to update and I would like the website database driven. By being database driven this should allow us to input? the details of the products / descriptions and price onto our PC and its uploaded to the website. I would also like to import excell or access database information and prices across to the website. We have to be very informative and make our customers feel at ease with the products we offer. I also would like customers to view their order/ track it / check quotes etc. I also want a professional looking website that will take my business to the next level.? I currently run 3 businesses so there is potential for another 2 websites and also work throughout the new websites.
