Add new reports functionality to preexisting GAE app

We are looking for a skilled developer that is familiar with the GAE platform and will be able to modify preexisting code to include new features and capabilities. If the winning developer completes this project in full within a reasonable time frame, their services will be requested for future developments and general application support. This project in particular is to add new reporting features to our preexisting GAE information submission app. The application has two primary functions as it stands: 1) Information submission console 2) Information reporting console Some of the features already integrated into this application are: * Sending of reports to clients via fax and/or email (fax provided by 3rd party api) * On demand generation of reports as PDF or viewed in-browser as html * Daily Report generation and submission to admin inbox at a midnight every night. The application in it's current form only allows for report generation for one days worth of values. I would like to create an additional bulk report generation console that has several preset buttons for generating reports by the following periods: *weekly (Sunday through Monday) *Bi-weekly (Sunday through Monday for fourteen days) *Monthly *Quarterly *Yearly Again, we are looking for a reliable developer to familiarize themselves with our code and have availability to code improvements and adjustments in the immediate future.
