Hi! I am a busy mum with 2 little boys (3 and 1) looking to get back into work. I am passionate about trying to lead a realistically healthy lifestyle and teaching my children to do the same. I also have experience in writing blog posts (mostly in a humorous style, which is my strength, but can easily adapt to whatever style you would prefer). Since I experience this on a daily basis, I completely understand the limitations that busy working mums have. It's not always easy to leave the house to exercise or to be able to get all the sleep you want. As such, I have a unique understanding of these problems and some great ideas to overcome them.
