Hi, I am a GIS Geologist with experience in mineral exploration data management, as well as metals and mining industry research and data maintenance (Intierra, SNL/S&P). I believe I posses the required skill set to accomplish your project. I do have some questions as your description is a bit nonspecific, please correct me or clarify if I'm mistaken... From my understanding, you need a map of the mineral tenements/concessions of some west African countries? Just mineral concessions? or will it include (energy) oil and gas concessions? all types--exploration, operation, approved/applications? These may vary by country. Lastly, may I ask which countries? Depending on the clarification of the above, I intend to do an extensive research on the data required. Make a database --digitise, classify, etc-- the data obtained. Then generate the required maps.
