Convert video from preload to stream

Please reference the Flash slideshow located at the top of http://www.braceshop.com.
The video in slide #1 is currently pre-loaded when the Flash file loads which causes the file to load slowly. This needs to be changed so the video does not preload and streams instead if/when the visitor clicks the Play button in slide #1.
We will provide the FLA and FLV files so you can just update the actionscript accordingly.
