A pile of concrete blocks (light grey) are each flashing the value of $5000 (the dollars value in red) on each blocks, some of the blocks are shown jumping in excitement, next to the pile the meter is set so that we can pile blocks (still showing their value of $5000 now in green) neatly one on the others as slices of $5000 is reached.
