Cartoon Texturing & Animating

[login to view URL] 2) This is basically a Cartoon Animation project. 3) The maximum budget that can be alloted for this is US$.60/-. 4) I would create and send pictures like attached in the file which will be in gray scale. This is a sample image which is browsed in the Internet. The project files will be drawn by an artist from my side. 5) What you have to do is texture the Picture which will be in Gray scale. 6) Texturing has to be like, given in the below link: [login to view URL] 7) Animating the character will be of basic animation like given in the above link. 8) All the source files shall be given at the end of the project. 9) If any of the prior animation skills are proved, its an added benefit.
