Build Basic Web Site

Hello, I've attached .jpg files done by a designer showing what this website should look like. It shows the menu items so you know how many pages will be needed. All of the pages can have the same format as the front page and there will be no pages below them in the site architecture. Please make your suggestion in PM on what language(s) you would use to allow this site to open relatively quickly and more importantly, crawl well by SE's. The search words we'll be SEO to later are "handyman", "remodel", "remodeling", "add-on" and "home repair" in that order of importance. Our logo is drawn as concept, but we are still waiting for final art file. Logo will be forest green, navy blue, scarlet and wheat (earth tone colors). Will have by time work is awarded and will forward it once work is awarded. Existing logo in home page shot is just a filler and needs be replaced with new file. The header is flash w/5 rotating pictures. Please plan on supplying & installing five stock pictures related to home remodeling (house, family around house, etc). Add music widget with volume & mute. Menu buttons need some life to them, so effect like sparkle, darken, lighten, whatever you suggest makes sexiest but classiest look. Form on "home" page as shown for email to sign up for newsletter & specials. Form on "contact" to collect name, phone, email and an area for them to ask a question or describe the work they need done. They need to go to two separate SQL databases. Need control panel back end to allow us add/subtract/edit headers, text & photos. We'll be looking to do other very, very similar web sites later and also a number of single page landing and squeeze pages. Bid should be just for the above project, but you are welcome to include a 2nd price and time frame in PM for the added item below: Next project will be 10 single landing pages, just static & simple, similar to one found @ [login to view URL] Only thing different will be the primary product or service being featured and possibly background or accent color. You could make one template, possibly in wordpress or something simple that SEO well. Please include price and time frame for the 10 similar landing pages as a package in PM if interested in that as well. Put "affordable craftsmen" in the response so I know it's not an auto-bid of some kind and that you can follow directions :-) We will escrow funds, but none will be released until project is complete.
