I am starting an on line gallery site, witch sells pictures and digital printed art, I need a homepage that includes:
gallery ( with cements on pictures )
user database with log on and registration.
shop cart paypal and others ways.
customizable tables for the client to chose size and frame for the picture they are buying
and table with prizes for international shipping.
my budget is limited to begin at least and plan to offer lot of work to enthusiastic people.

What I need exactly is:
*gallery divided in categories with info in every picture, with posibility of coments (only for registred users).
*the picures have to be not downloadable in anyway (protected ).
* search engine to find pictures bassed on the words in title and coments.
*user database with log on and registration.
*shop cart paypal and others ways.(as many as possible ).
*customizable tables for the client to chose size and frame for the picture they are buying.
*table with prizes for international shipping.
* every artist has his biography and link to his works.
*the page has to be easy to use and easier to buy in.
*the idea of the product has to be explained and undestandable fast (sugestions acepted).
*they page has to look serious and profecional.
*once ready complete independence and control to publish pictures my self, add/change prices, new categories, manage the user database and moderate the coments.
