CMS website conversion needed

Needed: CMS expert with experience in Wordpress and/or Joomla - This project should be easy for someone who knows what they are doing. We are looking for someone to convert existing HTML site to a CMS based format. The existing site can be found at <[login to view URL]>. With the conversion, the following are needed: 1) Home page needs to be redesigned to a simple, corporate look similar to original design at [login to view URL] 2) Member's area must have ability to easily upload daily and weekly files as well as easily archive past reports/files 3) A blog must be incorporated into the site for daily posting 4) Existing graphics and logos can/will be used - no/minimal graphic design work needed The delivery for this project must be within 7 days. All deliverables will be property of buyers and buyer obtains all rights to deliverables. For additional questions, please email me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
