Hello I'm looking for someone to redesign/modernise the banner on the following website. [login to view URL] The text with links which appear on the current banner needs to remain but does not need to be in the same format. Maybe it would be better as a flash banner and splitting it? Can forward current image or we don't mind if you use other images which are in line with the site. We feel that it looks too outdated at the moment. Could any bidders give us some ideas/samples/other sites of what they are thinking before we make a final decision. Look forward to receiving your bids
