Create app using ffmpeg to convert files

Create desktop Adobe Air (flash) app using ffmpeg to convert video files. Essentially the app is really only an interface to select source & destination file to convert and destination file format & properties. App must support conversion for all file format, dimension and frame rates which are supported by ffmpeg. App must work for both Mac and PC and be compiled with AIr included (so not juse .air file). There are versions of ffmpeg for both Mac and PC. sample call command line command so you can see how easy it is: ffmpeg -i [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I will give you User Interface graphics with all buttons etc. You will get also get ready made code to use for version check and purchase verification.
