Hello, I am looking for a very professional flash developer who can do the below task flawlessly and has experience in such things (if you have not worked similar things, please do not bid, we do not have time to work with people 'experimenting their knowledge') the project is generally easy but needs a professional to work on it and should be easily maintainable exe file that can be launched and running in full screen (basically publish it) exe file automatically reads JPG and movie files from a folder and creates a 'playlist' (files should be read by alphanumeric order) an analog clock on a top layer reflecting current time reading a settings text file that allows to: possibility to to change clock dial colors (dynamically change the hue by putting the needed value in it) possibility to change between analog and digital clocks (by changing flag in the settings file) possibility to change the clock hands (by specifying which images to use in the text file) possibility to change display length of each video/photo imported (by manually specifying length of each file in settings, otherwise use a default number) possibility to specify effect type of each from a preset list (specify the effect to use for each file's transition such as fade or multiply or slide out or accordion, etc) possibility to customize animation path (slide in from top, or sides, scale in from middle, etc.)
