HI, Access and Excel VBA expert here, I offer you access application with very user friendly forms having functionalities like auto filling easy data selection through dropdowns, these forms will be for performing data operations and also other functions like selecting the data criteria for generation of the reports, the user interface structure of the application will be such that there will be a single Home form and all the other forms can be loaded on this main Home form through button clicks to access their functionality. I can do the whole thing for you perfectly as needed, even with a lot of parameters and variables, this should be done as per your expectations. For the export to Quickbooks, quickbooks accepts limited types of data like customers details, product & services I am not sure that this is what you want to expert to. In both cases, if it is something useful for you, this can be done, but it needs a 2 phase export, I can set things for you then train you for future. If you need to keep them locally, I can do an application that is hosted somewhere, maybe locally or over the internet that allows you to manage your database wherever you are. The clients that I provide services to include; individuals, corporations, partnerships, non-profits...etc. These Quickbooks procedures are considered Agreed-Upon-Procedures or AUP projects, by the public accounting community. Your project is similar to an AUP that I have provided for a small town in Ohio. I computerized the city's water billing system by using Excel, Quickbooks and Peachtree software. The spreadsheet used nearly 7000 horizontal lines and 300 vertical classification columns. The project did take some time, but it did work properly and saved the city a lot of taxpayer funds.
