Yearbook/directory data input into existing template

First time working on annual club yearbook/directory for 250 people. Have existing InDesign Template from last year but need help moving spreadsheet (personal data) and photos INTO InDesign template. working with Dropbox files (pics), excel spreadsheet. Will make final project (hardcopy)here in Palo Alto, and need to be able to add and move things around in InDesign ourselves once the bulk of the data has been sorted and entered. Have photo pics of previous Directories for reference as well
