I have almost 8 years of experience as an Executive Secretary cum Administrator and handling the secretarial & admin functions on a daily basis. Having to work closely with various departments and assisting in ongoing projects such as preparing, drafting & typing of project papers & correspondences, drafting & typing tenancy agreements, doing the data entry job and also database administration. Other than that I was also required to do copy typing & word typing, data entry, database management, web searching, email maintenance and also recording the minutes of meeting. Multitasking is what I do best.
