Attached is a scanned copy of a form that we need to be created as an Excel sheet. The final sheet must be easily editable in the future so that more fields can be added and text changed etc.
There are some rules that must be observed:
- No automated conversion methods will be produce an acceptable result so must not be used.
- Spelling must be carefully checked against the original.
- The entire structure must be formatted using excel features - No images should be inserted into the spreadsheet.
- The sheet must fill one sheet of A4 paper when printed.
- Text should be within cells, not text boxes.
