I am a Freelancer, local to Toronto and have worked with Excel and VBA for many years. My strength is organizing and cleaning data.
1. The first action I will be taking is a general review of the data and columns and comparing them with each of the 5 sheets, to confirm their consistency.
2. I will create a new sheet and using VBA, draw in all the data from the original 5 sheets.
3. Using your expected conventions I will correct the company names with VBA and confirm the addresses are in the correct format. I expect with this number of records the contact names may need some adjustments as well.
4. I will add sort and filters to columns.
For your information, I have been doing this work in Toronto as a contractor for 12 years for Enbridge Gas, CIBC, Rogers, OPG (Pickering and Darlington nuclear power plants), Honda and Bombardier Regional Aircraft.
