I am myself a Fitness addict. Muscle gain and Fat loss has been my current personal training program that i have been living for almost 5 years.
So, based on your nutrition - we will get in touch to see your goals, budget and availability. I would want you to educate you in getting to know the amount of protein you will need per day. How to increase your Carbs and decrease them. Also, detailing you the quality of fat you will need in your nutrition.
When it comes to your work out, We will plan to see the kind of work out that will suit you and regulate periodically while following your caloric intake (nutrition). I could plan it for 6 weeks. If you are happy with the results, we can extend to 8 Weeks and then 12 Weeks.
I will also follow up with you. (Fitness is my passion, so we are going beyond the money here) ...I myself do my own groceries - calculating each protein. carbs and fat in anything i buy together by matching a budget.
Personal experience: I have started at 72kg (145 pound) by mass building to 92kg (200pounds) and cut down fat to reach to 80kg (160 pounds)...my focus is bodybuilding/fitness. When we get in contact i can show you my progress just to tell you that nothing is impossible! To achieve this, i have read a lot, went thru a lot of trial and error. So, i am here to help you - not just getting paid :)
