Advanced Excel Pivot Table/Filtering

TASK This small project requires a small amount of time off an excel expert. What I need is somebody who can ether know advance excel horizontal filtering or somebody can extract certain information into a pivot table. The main purpose of this task is to only display certain information that is selected i.e the colour of a square or a word. My skills are quite basic when it comes to excel so I’m rather easy how the data is sorted as long as it can show the data that I’m requesting for. For more information please see the word document I’ve prepared. This task will aslo lead to more jobs a possible weekly/ permanent basis.
