DESIRED SKILLS;

*Experience with SharePoint applications

*Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and

*PowerPoint

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* PC proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications.

*One year administrative office experience or one year specialized training beyond high school relevant to the job functions.

*Good interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.

*Should be able to obtain and maintain secret security clearance.

ADMIN ASSISTANT DUTIES:

*Coordinates and schedules conferences and meetings including rooms, announcements, audio/video and services such as VTC and NetMeeting arrangements as needed.

*Exercises appropriate interpersonal skills in interacting with employees and customers

*Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for senior

managers.

*Monitors and reports employee training status.

*Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining

alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files.

*Receiving calls and making proper referrals; and picking up and

distributing mail.

*Co-ordinates payroll activities .

*Answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.

*Travel plannings and management.

*Maintain vendor relationships.

HR ASSISTANT DUTIES

*Recruiting, preparation and organization (duplicating, organizing, and archiving meeting / support materials; Coordinating event catering).

*Uses Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create, edit and modify company documents.

*Creates job posts and cordinates start-up screening activities.

*Handling candidate inquiries.

*Assist with miscellaneous HR projects.

DATA ENTRY DUTIES

*Completing administrative processes (filing, e-mail correspondence, application tracking system data entry and interview tracking).

*Maintains and controls department training files.

*Compose reports, presentations, correspondence, and memorandums.

*Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage.
