change documents to rtf

Dear All I need the 2 attached documents changing into rtf files. I have tried copying and pasting and it does not work. I have tried the online programs to convert the documents and it does not work. The documents will have to be created by hand from a blank word document so that i can use it as i need to. This is an easy job for someone who can use word well. Rules: Please convert the documents and send them back on my pm board. i will use them and check they work and then pay you if they work. No bids of more than $30USD Please respond with the words "I have not used an online converter"
