Create Business Plan Based on Sample Business Plan

We need a business plan written for a hydroponic greenhouse start-up. We have a sample business plan which can simply be modified to meet our specific set of circumstances.
Please see attached sample.
Changes that must be made include:
• Land size is different from sample, so all production, costs (start-up and operating), income, etc. must be scaled.
• We have two products (tomatoes, lettuce), vs. their four.
• All currencies must be converted to US Dollars.
Final product must be in an editable Word document with any embedded numerical data in an editable Excel document(s). Numerical data cannot be hard-coded; it must be in Excel to allow further editing. (We will be fine-tuning your product.)
As you can see, this is a pretty straightforward task with very little, if any, actual "business plan" creating to do.
