Do some changes to an existing Mechanical Design

I need a good mechanical design engineer to modify an existing drawing, as someone (pgyadhav91) on Freelancer did not complete the task, he was always watching Bollywood movies and trying to implement what he had heard or seen, i.e sometimes he is on a trip for a spiritual mind, and the last story, after he broke his elbow when riding a bike the doctor told him to stay away from laptops and mobiles (funny).
Anyway, please do not bid on this project if you are not reliable and cannot meet the time schedules.
This task should not take long as it is only to modify an existing design (Metal enclosure box) which I will provide by drawings and instructions, the design needs to be manufacturable so will be sent to the fabrication shop for feedback and review, and could require changes.
The person needs to be intellectual enough to question the design and he knows what he is doing, not only copying, to be self-starting, put an effort to know the design and do he is own touch.
Payments will be only paid after the fabrication shop/myself is happy with the design.
