Hello. We are doing a lighting project for a company and we need to make a very professional looking lighting layout. The project is for a series of greenhouses. There are 5 total but two of them are identical so it ends up being 4 different layouts.
I won't list them all here but to give you an example, the most complicated layout is as follows:
1.) Greenhouse is 96X21 feet with 10' ceiling.
2.) Racking to grow lettuce has 3 tiers. Height of each tier is 2.5 feet above the one below it.
3.) LED bar lights are 4 feet X 3 inches. Each light covers an area of 5 feet X 2.5 feet in terms of grow area under light (lights are mounted on the bottom of the rack above the plants they are lighting.
4.) Within the greenhouse there are two sets of racking that are 78 feet X 8 feet.
5.) The lights daisy chain into one another and every 20 lights require a new circuit to be connected to it.
We are looking for a layout and wiring diagram to submit to the customer. We want something that looks great. We really don't care which software application produces the output files.
This is the first of many jobs for someone who does well at this. We do projects like this all the time!
