This is a seed project. You have to have strong knowledge in ANSYS that goes beyond basic solid modeling.
*) Use existing ACT extension libraries for piezoelectric (ACT extensions are available through ANSYS customer portal)
*) Creating - or use existing ACT extensions if available to create- a boundary condition of an absorbing layer that will exponentially increase damping
Your basic task would be sending me all ACT library extensions then create this boundary condition if it does not exist in the library. Here are some links
