To who it may concern, I am a building system designer with three years of MEP design/engineering experience. On a daily basis I design and engineer electric, HVAC and plumbing for commercial and industrial projects. I have worked on projects ranging from small bank ATM jobs requiring only electric work to large (40,000+ SQ. ft) office and factory projects requiring a full MEP package I am pleased to propose the following scope of work: • Electrical D/E size sheets, with floor plan and details and schedules • Electrical demo plan (if needed) • Electrical lighting plan, where required, • Electrical power plan • Load calculations on the drawings in accordance with the current National Electrical Code, Short form specifications and equipment schedules on the drawings, Administrative/Other Services. • Coordination of owner provided equipment, • Prepare routine addendums, bulletins and engineering changes when required, • Review contractor generated change orders and issue our recommendation for implementation. • Mechanical Design and Engineering, • Plumbing Design and Engineering, • Fire Alarm Design and Engineering, EXCLUSIONS Not included in Contract • Communication and Information Technology design services (Security, Audio, Video, Data, Cabling). • Construction Administration
