Construction Documents - CDs

I am a developer in Washington DC that is building a 6 unit Condo project. We have completed all schematic phase drawings to include, Floor Plans, Elevations and a preliminary building sections and roof plan. the floor plans need some final minor modifications, but a essentially completed. I would prefer someone that has the CAD program, but could set up a remote access into my design worksation if needed. I am seeking an individual or firm to provide the following drawings using AutoCad 2007. Site: - Site Layout Plans - Site Utilities Distribution Plans - Grading and Drainage Plans - Planting Plans - Planting Schedules - Irrigation Plans - Construction Details, Profiles, Sections Calculations: - Final Drainage Calculations - Final Parking Calculations - Pipe Sizing Calculations Architectural: - Building Floor Plans - Building Roof Plans - RCP Plans - Exterior Elevations - Building Sections - Exterior Walls Sections -Interior Elevations - Details - Schedules - Finish, Door & Hardware, Window, Lighting Fixture, Etc...
