There I used 24 bit ADC converter . it give maximum resolusion , People use Opamps to gain , but it is expensive not good for commercial applications . Need more information : environment, a stain gauge have low signal and have some issue with the noise. Calibration procedure? programmable ? alarm to weight? I have make some project with 250kg celle and have some electronics ready, easy for me to test before finish the project.

Please describe the details of the project, it will be interesting to know more details. What microprocessor (AVR, ARM, PIC), which indicator is suitable, and so on.
