Bluetooth headset with hotword detection mic

I want a bluetooth dongle which pairs to my mobile and should be able to play stereo music. It should also have a mic so that I can attend calls. General bluetooth headsets do these. What I want extra is, the mic should continuously listen for any hotword like - "hey", "hello", "there", "ok headset" (any 1 is enough). When it finds the hotword, it should send a bluetooth ad2p request to the mobile, which I will catch in the mobile app and do the necessary steps. I will take care of the mobile app, I want you to develop the bluetooth circuit.
