Hi. Im new and do this cheaper then anybody. "High power LEDs" - what is it? Voltage, current? How many chanels do you need?

Hi, I'm an electronics engineer with more than 6 years of experience in designing and developing various digital and embedded systems... Currently I help engineering students to complete their academic projects. Also conduct seminars and workshops on Microcontrollers and Robotics... So I have experienced with a lot of Microcontrollers such as PIC, AVR, ARM, Arduino etc. I'm also experience with a lot of sensors and sensor modules.... I'm very proficient with EAGLE too... Please check my completed projects and reviews given by other employers...:-) You didn't mention anything about the voltage(Hope its 12V...:-)), current or power... If we have a lot of LED boards we can connect it in parallel and even use 24V or greater...:-) I really would like to know more about your project, kindly let me know if you are interested...:-) Thank You

Thank you for your consideration of this proposal. I have recently completed a project that was high power LED driver for a medical application. This was a 200W source which is probably much higher power than what you are looking for. Typlically, LEDs are driven with a constant current, not constant voltage, even if the power source is a constant voltage. There are lots of inexpensive ICs and discrete semiconductors on the market to do this. The good news about this type of driver is that it is insensitive to even very large voltage fluctuations so over voltage protection is not necessary. Is the voltage source AC or DC and at what voltage and current capability? In either case, there are plenty of devices on the market to do the job. The one that I used was the Powtech PT4115 which cost about $4.50 but there are much cheaper choices. There are many devices on the market that will drive high power LEDs directly of of line AC line voltage with out a step down transformer and they are dirt cheep. Over current and over temperature protection is already built in to almost all of these devices. Pleas fell free to contact me to discuss you project at your convenience. Thank You Tim Woolaver

Why do you want constant voltage for LED, is it specific requirement? normally it is constant current. I have worked in following areas for last 25 years • Pcb Artwork Layout: Mostly I do my pcb artwork layout in pads(Mentorgraphics). I am also familiar with Orcad ,Eagle,Altium. Right from my first job(back in 1984) I am doing my own artwork layout for my own designs.I started doing with inkpen and paper and upgraded myself to cad. • Electronic design: I have developed many T & M instruments .(Function generator, Linear power supply, Frequency counter, safety resistance meter. Etc) • In power electronics I have worked for almost 15 years. I have developed many SMPS up to 500W with PFC input. I have developed LED drivers from 1 W to 150 W using Power integration IC’s • I know C language though I am not expert on that but I can trouble shoot the programs and algorithms logically. • I have developed many product using Arduino

We are into solar products manufacturing and led product manufacturing. Provide the specifications like the led light wattage and current level. voltage,temperature and current variations can be taken care of.
