Custom LED Light System

Hi Bidders; I really want to work with someone who has the complete package, has access to all the hardware and more importantly can advise and recommend the right direction to take this project. The initial project will be a prototype/proof of concept, then we will scale to the full system. In essense I need th following: - A customised LED light rope of approx 3-4m’s in length. (With the ability to scale up to 50m's in length {post prototype) - Can programmatically pull light patterns from a database. - Can be controlled by a PC/Laptop. (ie.. The user can select preset light patterns from a DB) - Up to 4 light ropes can be controlled independantly. - Up to 3 instances of the same light sequences can be played on each lightrope with a 2 second interval between each sequence. (read below) - Needs to be flexible enough to be stored on a spool. - Ideally designed for the outdoors, therefore needs to be waterproof. - Initially needs to be controlled by a central computer. (with the idea to control it by an iPhone application post proto). - The database needs to be able to store up to 30 profiles (light sequences) - The lightrope will need to display 3 different colours.... red, green and the third is optional. More info regarding the mutliple instances: - Each lightrope can be controlled independantly of each other. - A single lightrope may only play multiple instances of the SAME profile/light sequence. - Up to three instances of the SAME profile can be played at an interval of 2 seconds. All hardware will need to be sourced, and able to be delivered to Australia. I expect the hardware and software components to be prices seperately, and the hardware provider will need to be disclosed for bulk purchases. I will need the hardware in Australia for ongoing testing as the software/database is being developed. I will be more than happy to cover the costs for winning bidders hardware to develop alongside as well as obviously my own hardware.
