Create a GPS Tracker

hi i have done many project involving gps data sending over gprs network to a website and a software dumping the data into data base and plotting it on goolge maps and hence gps traker . I have designed it for ambulance and for camels.

What GPS and GSM module you want use in device? 3. What size of device? 4. It is portable device (with internal li-ion battery) or for vehicle with external power? 5. Couple of questions: 1) Where this GPS tracker will go or What is the application? Also, who is your target customer? 2) How many such prototype-units do you need? 3) Do you have the list of milestones? 4) Do you need "on field upgrades" for this module? 5) What is the total BOM cost that you are expecting? 6) Is there a restriction for using the GPL code from your side? 7) What is the expected power consumption? Is this the battery operated device? Do you need low-power mode? 8) Do you need RoHS complient silicons/module? 9) I hope that you will ensure EMC/EMI stability of the system and re-route the PCB-Layouts to achieve the stability. Please confirm. Sorry for asking you too many questions. It would be really nice if you have Function Specs and/or Product Acceptance documents that you can share with me.
