Requirement seems to be a simple one and I will design the schematic and PCB in EAGLE EDA Tool and provide you the schematic, PCB Design Files as well as Gerber files for PCB manufacturing. EAGLE is free software. I do have 25 years of experience in electronics and 5+ years of PCB designing. Will provide you the professional service as always and also provide mailing support till you manufacture the board at your side. what are the part numbers of those 3 DIP ICs ? I am not sure why you would need 4 layers board for this small circuit. Please clarify. To me it could be done in 2 layers, but just a preliminary assumption though. hi... i can design this project with Altium Designer.. All parts are through hole. PCB dimensions are app 4"x4". PCB is 4 layers with soldermask on both side. PCB legend top side only. all is OK . thanks..

Please provide more detail, will you be providing the general description of what needs to be done? What about specific components? How many layers do you need in your pcb, do you have high speed signals as well? I work with Altium designer
